AstroGenie sells personalised digital astrology reports. Since each report is individually prepared by our astrologers based on your specific birth data, it is a unique digital product created exclusively for you and cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Since report preparation begins immediately after payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. Please ensure your birth details are accurate before completing payment. If you notice an error in your birth details before the report is delivered, contact us immediately at support@astrogenie.in and we will try to accommodate a correction.
