1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AstroGenie ("we", "our", "us") at astrogenie.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AstroGenie provides personalised astrology and Kundli reports as digital products. All reports are prepared by qualified Vedic astrologers and delivered electronically to the customer's registered email address within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Services are offered from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful birth information when placing an order
• Use a valid and active email address for report delivery
• Not reproduce, sell, or distribute your report without prior written consent
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full before report preparation begins.

5. Delivery Policy

Reports are delivered digitally via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If you do not receive your report within 48 hours, please contact us at support@astrogenie.in.

All reports, content, logos, and materials on astrogenie.in are the intellectual property of AstroGenie. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercialise any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
